Gov. Udom 2017 Left Handed Promise in AKSU

According to Comr. Jacob Idara Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) will in few days hold her 4th and 5th convocation ceremony that will attract people from different sphere's of life to come and celebrates her graduands. On this day dignitaries and men of high authorities will be in attendance and one of those men who is influential is the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency Deacon Udom Emmanuel.

Before the merriment and the uproar of smiles on the designed day in this month of November, 2019. I'll like to revisit the last convocation, dated 17th May, 2017 where the incumbent Governor promised to double the money given to the awards winning Graduands that he was opportune to be among and also promised to give jobs to the first class Students.

It's been exactly 2 years and 169 days since he made this promise that hoped to brighten their lives, yet nothing! Absolutely nothing has been done to give light to this men who have placed so much hope on the words of a man of God, believing his political position won't erase the existence of God from his tongue.

Graduands who received 50 thousand from the school were suppose to receive 100 thousand as he promised but every effort to get this money equates zero, even the first class graduands were not attended to as they stayed all day hoping for the promised light when they visited the Governor's office.

Graduands headed by Professor Eno James Ibanga, Vice Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University, hope our Governor "Deacon Udom Emmanuel" will redeem his promise to the last set's before giving hope to the incoming celebrants all in the name of celebration. We believe in education and transparency.

I believe "Deacon Udom Emmanuel" knows many students turn up for him and reelected him into office because of his capabilities, so I use this medium to air out the buried in the hearts of many and hope the promised LIGHT will come soon.
